About The Practice
Dr. DeBacker is dedicated to the art and science of Oculo-facial plastic surgery. We perform blepharoplasty, forehead lifts/face lifts,and laser surgery. We are a large referral center for the “unhappy post-blepharoplasty” patient, and are sought out by other cosmetic surgeons for revision and reconstructive procedures.
