About The Practice

Dr Swetnam trained in General Surgery at Tulane in the New Orleans Charity Hospital system.  He then practiced general and peripheral vascular surgery for over 18 years.  Wanting a career path change, he then completed a Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship in Tulsa.  He is board certified in General Cosmetic Surgery, General Surgery, and Facial Cosmetic Surgery.  He specializes in facial cosmetic and body contouring procedures with vast experience in post bariatric body contouring procedures such as panniculectomy, breast reductions, body lifts, arm reductions, thigh lifts.  Dr Swetnam also has a great deal of experience in breast augmentation, breast lifts with or without an implant, and mommy makeovers.  We offer in office liposuction and he is the most experienced board certified  Body Tite and Face Tite provider for minimally invasive body contouring/skin tightening in NW Arkansas.  Transgender breast surgery is offered as well and surgery for gynecomastia.   Dr Swetnam also continues to do general surgery along with treatment of varicose veins and spider veins with which he has 18 years of experience and utilizes all of the newest techniques.  Insurance is accepted for those who qualify.  Elective Cosmetic consultations are complimentary.

Char, our office manager….wonderful, and the heartbeat of the practice.  Always happy and ready to help.

Melissa is our office assistant.  As an experienced scrub tech, she knows how to run procedures and all of the laser and non invasive treatments.

Janet and Sarah Dr Swetnam’s wife and daughter, our RN’s for any sedation or medication needs.

They are all passionate about helping patients first and Cosmetic needs second.
