About The Practice

Dr. Fardad Forouzanpour is a fellowship trained cosmetic surgeon and is a highly experienced surgeon who has performed thousands of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures throughout his career.  He is a diplomate of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery.

After his five years of Surgical Residencies in General Surgery and Trauma Surgery at Chicago’s top hospitals including Edgwater, Thorak, Michael Reese and Columbia Olympia Fields Osteopathic Hospital, Trauma and Medical Center, he completed his fellowship training in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.

Dr Forouzanpour is compassionate, caring and promises not to make you feel like you are entering the chaos of a reality show or a place where you are just a number. He is a cosmetic surgeon with a long proven educational and professional track record with many satisfied clients.

For the past eight years Dr. Forouzanpour has been training other surgeons by offering a cosmetic surgery fellowship approve and sponsored by American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.  His training and talents have allowed him many opportunities to excel in the field of Cosmetic Surgery.

Dr. Fardad is very involved philanthropically.  Following in his late father’s footsteps, Dr. Fardad regularly donates his medical services to those in need.   Most recently, he worked with the domestic violence charity, Safe Passage, and provides free surgical makeovers to abuse victims.

Dr. Fardad is also the inventor of a surgical device, the “Umbilical Locator”.   Designed to help surgeons locate the belly button during abdominoplasties, a challenge for cosmetic and plastic surgeons, the “Umbilical Locator” has resolved a common surgical problem.
