About The Practice
Dr Chad Sloan is fellowship trained and board certified. He practices the full scope of Facial Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery as well as Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr Sloan is on staff at multiple area hospitals including Level I and Level II trauma centers as the Facial Trauma Surgeon. Procedure expertise includes: Deep plane face and neck lift, upper/lower eyelid blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty/septoplasty, laser skin resurfacing, cosmetic lip lift, brow lift, and chin augmentation.
