Dr. Nelson’s Cosmetic Surgery practice in based out of Tulsa, OK at Oklahoma’s premier cosmetic surgical center – Tulsa Surgical Arts.  Dr. Nelson is an experienced surgeon with years of experience in ear, nose, throat – head and neck surgery prior to completing his cosmetic surgery fellowship.  With his extensive training in facial surgery he is a skilled facial cosmetic surgery.  He also has a special interest in breast surgery and abdominoplasty.
