About The Practice

Dr Swetnam trained in General Surgery at Tulane in the New Orleans Charity Hospital system.  He then practiced general and peripheral vascular surgery for over 18 years.  Wanting a career path change, he then completed a Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship in Tulsa.  He is board certified in General Cosmetic Surgery, General Surgery, and Facial Cosmetic Surgery.  He specializes in facial cosmetic and body contouring procedures with vast experience in post bariatric body contouring procedures such as panniculectomy, breast reductions, body lifts, arm reductions, thigh lifts.  Dr Swetnam also has a great deal of experience in breast augmentation, breast lifts with or without an implant, and mommy makeovers.  We offer in office surgical procedures in our AAAHC approved surgical facility.  Elective Cosmetic consultations are complimentary and virtual consults are also available.  At Swetnam Cosmetic Surgery our goal is to provide the ultimate in service, results and experience, located in beautiful NW Arkansas with easy access from our convenient XNA airport.

Tonya and Rachelle, our Nurse Practitioners are masters at all neurotoxins, fillers, medical weight loss, peptides and Hormone replacement therapy.

Lacey our nurse injector is also an artist at fillers and injectables.

Char, our office manager….wonderful, and the heartbeat of the practice.  Always happy and ready to help.

Melissa and Cole are our office assistants and scrub technologists.  As experienced scrub techs, they are very capable in consults, pre-operative visits and how to run procedures of all types.

Kathy and Sarah, are our RN’s for any sedation or medication needs.

They are all passionate about helping patients first and Cosmetic needs second.
