John P. Lundeby, MD, FACS, FAACS is the Owner and Medical Director of Shape Cosmetic Surgery & MedSpa, PLLC. He is Triple Board Certified in Cosmetic Surgery, Facial Cosmetic Surgery and in Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. His practice is exclusively devoted to Cosmetic Surgery and all procedures are performed in Shape’s AAAHC accredited surgery center. Anesthesia is administered by Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists.
