About The Practice

Thank you for your interest in my practice, which is focused entirely on the maxillofacial area, in other words the head and neck, including the mouth, jaw and underlying bone structure. I have intensive fellowship training in leading edge cosmetic surgery techniques and am particularly interested in ways to ease the process of achieving desired aesthetics without compromising quality and longevity of results.
Because of my background I’m frequently able to employ innovative solutions. A recent patient who wanted cheek implants and was bothered by her gummy smile offers a great example. The treatment plan I devised involved the cheek implants she wanted, but rather than address her gummy smile with veneers or gum surgery, I performed a mini procedure under her upper lip that concealed the gum line and enhanced her lips.

There are many more examples of how taking a slightly different approach than expected can be better for the patient. It takes more time up front in the planning stages but is well worth the effort.
