About The Practice
Dr. Pablo Rivera was born in Douglas, Arizona, and grew up in Agua Prieta, Sonora in Mexico. He earned his doctoral degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Cuidad Juarez, where he graduated with honors. He completed his medical internship and social service requirements in Mexico and went on to take the board exams to begin working within the United States’ medical training system. Dr. Rivera completed a year of training in Family Medicine in Las Cruces, New Mexico. He then went on to complete his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology, serving as Chief Resident at the University of Oklahoma in Tulsa. Dr. Rivera completed his General Cosmetic Surgery fellowship with the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery at the Arizona Centre of Plastic Surgery in Tucson. He has published several articles and original research in national medical journals.
Dr. Rivera enjoys helping women to achieve their unique healthcare needs. A skilled surgeon, he takes great pride in his work and appreciates having the opportunity to help his patients reach their goals.
Dr. Rivera is double board certified. He is board certified by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery and by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is also a Diplomat of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
