About The Practice

Dr Sarath Palakodeti DO FACS FAACS is double board certified in breast and cosmetic surgery. Dr. Palakodeti graduated from Miami University with a BS in Organizational Leadership. He received his Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) at Lake Erie College of Medicine. After completing fiver rigorous years of general surgery residency at Cleveland Clinic South Pointe Hospital, he received his cosmetic surgery fellowship at the prestigious Meadows Surgical Arts in Northeast Georgia. After practicing in Georgia for two years, Dr. Palakodeti and his wife Connie decided to move to Toledo OH where Dr. Palakodeti served as a breast and cosmetic surgeon, chairman of surgery at a large regional hospital, chairman of a large 10 OR 26 physician ambulatory surgery center, surgical educator of surgical residents, and served on multiple surgical quality committees. In 2025 he moved to South Central Kentucky, to serve as a regional leader in breast and cosmetic care at Graves Gilbert Clinic. At The Aesthetic Institute at Graves Gilbert Clinic he offers patients a full array of aesthetic surgery and services, comprehensive breast care, and medical skin care. He is widely regarded in Southern Kentucky and Northern Tennessee as the only surgeon who performs breast cancer diagnosis, management, surgery, as well as reconstruction. He has pioneered techniques such as single stage nipple and skin sparing mastectomy with immediate reconstruction for patients with a genetic predisposition to breast cancer. His integrated technique employs his signature tag line “One Surgeon, One Surgery, One Battle Conquered!”
